| Bathrooms: | A fully tiled shower room and another walk-in shower unit, WC and pedestal wash hand basin and heated towel rail. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen area contains an electric oven and hob with extractor fan, microwave, a kettle, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine/drier. |
| Living Rooms: | This is a comfortable sitting/dining room area with an electric stove for simple evening delights, a TV with digital freeview channels, a DVD player and a stand up micro system with an iPod docking station as well as few books and games for those cold and rainy days. |
| Other: | A balcony overlooking the shared apartment grounds with a private parking facility, ground floor garden seating and a barbeque which is available on request. There is a number of tourist information leaflets around the house and in the living room with guides, local attractions, a list of well known UK car hire companies and road maps which will come in very handy during your stay. |
| Extras: | Heating, electric and bed linen are included in the rental and extra towels would be charged at £5 each. Linen is changed once a week, apartment is cleaned every Wednesday. |
